How unlucky am I?  The day before the 4 Nations Cup Final at West Wittering and I have a very unfortunate fall resulting in 4 stitches to my head.  I had been training for a good couple of months, was hoping to bust out those moves and then no go water for me!!!!  GRRRRR.  Needlessto say I am restless and ready to get back on the water!  I had gone down to the beach last saturday with my kit and intending to hit the water despite doctor\'s orders but thankfully I have some wise friends!  For the rest of the winter until I go to South Africa in January I am intending to take a trip to Tarifa to get some high wind action and then training during lunchtime at Worthing in my lunch breaks - gosh it\'s a busy time for me!!!  And looks like every windy weekend will be booked up to!
